Why I Created The Real Life Fix 

 

I didn’t create this because I had it all figured out. I created it because I didn’t.

 

At 50, I lost over 30 pounds doing what I thought was right: eating healthy,  lots of cardio, & tracking sometimes. But I still felt bloated, snacky, and frustrated. I was smaller, but still soft. The scale said I’d made it, but my body told a different story.

 

So I went back to school, earned my Master’s in Nutrition Science, got certified, and stopped guessing. I started doing what actually works: eating enough protein, tracking with intention, building muscle, and giving up the “earn your food” mindset.

 

Now I coach women through that same process; real strategies for real life. No gimmicks. Just a smart, sustainable fat-loss that sticks, when paired with consistency, time, & patience.

The Real Problem? The Plan. Not You.

I  used to be the queen of winging it. I’d work all day, run errands, try to keep up with life… and then end up with pizza or Chipotle because I had no plan.

 

I always thought meal prep had to mean hours in the kitchen or cooking a bunch of stuff I didn’t want.

 

Emily’s quiz showed me what kind of meal prepper I actually am and gave me simple steps to make it work. For once, it felt easy instead of overwhelming.

 

Now I’ve got meals ready even on crazy days. I’m eating better, saving money and time, and I don’t have that guilty takeout feeling anymore.
