The Real Holiday Fix
Real strategies for the season of sugar, stress & second helpings
Most women gain weight in December.
But not you, not this time.
This isn’t another food plan.
It’s relief, support, and a new way to move through the holidays with calm confidence — even when things get messy.
The Real Holiday Fix gives you real tools, real scripts, and real support — so you can enjoy the holidays, show up for yourself, and feel good in your body without guilt, or starting over again in January.
You don’t need more weight loss advice. You need real-life strategies for this season; these triggers, and your actual life.
🎄 Enjoy the food. Have the wine. Handle the parties & pressure.
This is how you stay steady, feel like you, and enter January proud of how you showed up.

Why I Created The Holiday Fix
Because I didn’t want to spend another December just trying to get through it. I wanted to enjoy it. Actually enjoy it. I wanted to eat the food, sip the wine, hug the people I love — without spiraling, overeating, or checking out until January.
But for years, the holidays meant:
- Overeating things I didn’t even want
- Saying yes to people I should’ve said no to
- Feeling “off” in my body, but pretending I was fine
- Missing the moments I wanted to remember
- Starting the new year in guilt and damage control mode
I was tired of surviving December.
I wanted to feel proud of how I moved through it.
So I created the program I needed back then, one that actually helps women stay in control, without being on a diet...or losing their minds.
This isn’t about “being good.”
It’s about:
- Having a plan that supports your peace
- Enjoying what actually matters
- Feeling steady through the noise, sugar, and stress
The Real Holiday Fix is your Solution
And you definitely don’t need to start another food journal while hiding in the pantry.
What you do need is a plan that actually works — for this season, your triggers, and your actual life.
The kind of season filled with:
Champagne toasts and dessert tables
Pressure from people who don’t get it
Emotions that show up uninvited
A calendar that forgot what “free time” is
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about feeling proud of how you showed up for your body, your goals, and your sanity, without losing your joy.
Because this season takes more than willpower.
It takes a better plan, solid support, and a little strategy.
The Real Holiday Fix is your Solution.
December isn't about dieting.
December isn’t about dieting.
It’s not about proving you have willpower.
And it’s definitely not about tracking macros under the glow of Christmas lights.
But let’s be honest —
It’s not just about “enjoying the season” either.
Not when:
You’re stress-eating between social events
You feel out of control every time you're around food
You wake up bloated, guilty, and already planning your January do-over
December should be about memories, connection, celebration & all the things that actually matter.
But for too many women, it becomes a blur of stress-eating, guilt, and telling themselves they’ll “fix it” in January.
You don’t need another holiday where you pretend to feel “fine.”
You need a new default, one that lets you enjoy the season and still feel like yourself when it’s over.
The Real Holiday Fix Gives You:
Real-life strategies for the triggers most likely to derail your season:
🍷 Happy hours and holiday drinks
🍪 Treat tables and constant snacking
😰 Stress and emotional eating
🧑🎄 People pleasing and food pressure
🛑 Motivation meltdowns and “screw-it" moments
🎁 Gifts and goodies to feel good about.
You’ll learn exactly what to say, what to do, and how to respond before the situation gets out of hand.
No vague advice.

Just clear tools, doable rituals, and powerful mindset shifts to help you feel calm, clear, and in control.
This is your strategy for the season and beyond.

Here’s what this can look like in real life:
"I finally didn’t feel like I had to start over in January, for the first time in years. I didn’t lose progress, and I didn’t feel restricted either. I still had wine, still had cookies, and still felt like I was in control.” - Diane, 48
"I used to dread the holidays. I’d go in with the best of intentions and always end up spiraling, overeating, drinking too much, and feeling like garbage by New Year’s. This gave me a plan I could actually stick to. I finally felt steady.” - Linda, 60
